Hi, I’m Amy - who I work with + how ✨
Oct 07, 2026
A little bit about who I work with, how I can help and what’s gonna be on the blog...
I'm Amy and I’m a coach, mentor and artist.
It’s taken me a while to formulate the answer to ‘what do you do’. I stepped away from needing an answer for a bit as things going on IRL meant I had to drop a few balls. And that actually felt really good.
Art & creativity is my backbone. It’ll always run through everything I do.
Sometimes that will be obvious through different projects I work on in the public sphere, sometimes it’ll be woven into how I work with women behind the scenes on developing their businesses and designing their work, identity and how they spend their life hours.

What I’m a fan of exploring when it comes to the blog:
I’m an organised creative (yes they do exist) so if I discover anything that frees me up to spend more time doing things I love, I’ll share it.
Nervous system regulation. I don’t think you can show up anywhere - in your business, for your family, in everyday life where you need to be functioning - if your nervous system is dysregulated. Calming and re-storing the balance is essential. I’m passionate about prioritising wellbeing and health so you can do your best work.

A little sprinkly of personal, strategy-free content ‘just for the craic’. Perhaps as an antidote to the noise and AI slop. Things I would like to see/read online myself.
Whilst we’re on the subject of AI - I get Claude to do a lot for me (more on that later) but one rule is I never get it to write my content. Writing for me is a creative act that I’m not keen to outsource. These words were typed by my own fair hands.
Creativity craic. Goes without saying. I’m an artist, so creative thinking, problem solving, day-dreaming and designing is just the way my brain works. It just gets applied to different things these days. Instead of working up 3D paper sculptures I get an equal kick designing a time planning system on Notion. I’m a systems geek.

Who I work with: Creative Female Founders
This is the term I’ve landed on, for now. I could have said entrepreneurs, business owners, self employed people, freelancers...but ultimately, it’s:
Women who want to work on their own terms, in a way that aligns with them, their time, their values and their identities - outside traditional employment structures.
Women who ‘self-identify’ as being creative - whether that’s through the work you do OR how you work. Starting a business is SUCH a creative act, that needs continuous mini acts of creation once you get going.
You might be designing or making a physical product, a service, a piece of content. If you feel creativity is important to you, I want to work with you.
My clients so far include authors, web designers, online business owners, subscription business founders, design agency directors, women who run design studios, mid-career artists, creative business owners and freelancers (5+ years in). The age bracket of my clients so far is 34 - 51.

What I help with
You want your business to earn more, in less time. Probably with less exhaustion, manic energy and stress than it does now. You want a bit more of a ‘contingency buffer’ when it comes to your time, a bit more spacious-ness.
You’re at a transition point. You might be at a time in your life where your identity has shifted, and your business vision has changed and you’d like some help re-aligning and re-setting your compass.
You might have lost touch with your creative energy, which can feel like losing your mojo generally. As a result, your business (and other areas of life) could feel stagnant and unsatisfying.

How to work with me
These core things are interwoven into what I do (as an artist but now as a coach):
- Creativity
- Energy
- Wellbeing
- Feminism
- Human-ness
Here’s the nuts and bolts of how I work with coaching clients.
1:1 coaching packages:
- Seed - 6 weeks - 6 sessions
- Grow - 3 months - 9 sessions
- Bloom - 6 months -12 sessions
I’m currently logging my 100 hours for my ICF ACC qualification so I’m offering ‘founder member’ pricing until the end of the year alongside Pay What You Can on application. Drop me a message if you’d like to apply for PWYC coaching.

Tailoring the packages to you
Coaching vs Mentoring. I start from the position of coach (helping get you to your own solutions) with the option for you to ask me to step into mentor where it’s going to be most useful for you.

Love meeting in Real Life?
IF you live in South East London, we can meet in my garden studio, accessible from the street without going through the house. I’ve been tinkering away getting this ready over the last month, pics coming at some point. I had a wobble about the dark green colour drench but you do feel like you’re sitting in a forest!
If you’re considering investing in yourself and your business, I’d love to offer you a free 30 minute Clarity Call session to start untangling things and working out your next focus. Hit the button below to get started.
